    when to your branch **** * ***** **** *** ****** ** ***** requesting a new card on July 8th 2023 . as you can see on my account i have not touch this account in over a year. the person i spoke with stated the card should be to me within 5-10 business days. on the 12, i started receiving texts informing me that my account is being withdrawn. so, i called the wasn't satisfied so i went in the person i spoke with would not let me speak to a manager stating that he would make her do it so i can just inform her. so i did, as we were speaking another transaction was happen as she informed me, now mind you i still in the bank(Check your camaras) i then called back spoke to a manager who informed me that whomsoever received the card activated it with a 561 number and i ask her to call it and she stated they did and not answered. she could not give me the number due to liability. for the most part the money was returned to my account. as of today my alert when of stating that money was being taken out come to find out the took my money stated it was not fraud. im willing to go to court or do whatever it takes to get my money it's not much but its mine. someone in your company took my money and that not right.

    I don't know how to explain how horrible this Credit Union has been. I set up a new account giving them ALL of their required documentation for verification. Everytime I attempt to make an external transfer, I'm locked out without any notification. They required additional documentation as proof of who I am from my current bank. After my current bank provides that, they ask for additional info from my current bank which they provided. I'm locked out again two days later. They said it was an error in their system and it wouldn't happen again. Two days later, locked out for the third time in a week. Now they can't FIND my documentation. They have a data base that they are not competent to execute. They will not give out phone # or names of management but offered to have someone call me. They said when the account is locked, I can't receive any of my direct deposits nor can my auto bill pay work. I said I'd remove my money from their bank and open an account elsewhere. They said I could not withdraw my money either. Bottom Line: They hold your money hostage while your bills can potentially go unpaid and cause all the associated nightmares of not having access to your own money. FYI they are not BBB accredited.
