      I purchased a pair of bowling shoes along with the company's "Sure Fit Plan". I received the order, tried on the shoes. They were tried on in our living room at my residence that is carpeted. It is carpeted with 75oz carpeting and 3/4" memory foam padding. The shoes were never even laced let alone walked in due to the fact they were too narrow. THEY WERE NEVER WALKED IN. As per the SURE FIT PLAN guarantee, I am entitled to a full refund.

      Order Number: XXXXXXXX Order Date : 4/6/2022 7:20:06 PM Product: Path Bowling Ball Product Number XXXXX Received bowling ball on/about April 8, 2022. Kudos for the fast delivery. The issue is the ball received does not look anywhere near what is advertised online. I contacted online support on April 11, 2022 stating: "Hello, my order listed below was received but what I ordered and what I received are not the same. I would like to return this ball and be issued a full credit or a full refund." Bowlingball.com responded on April 11. 2022 stating: "The ball shown above is the ball you ordered. Provided below is return link. You will be responsible for shipment back to warehouse. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee." I replied to bowlingball.com on April 11, 2022 stating: "Thank you for your prompt response; however, I disagree with the ball being the right one. The picture on the website shows different. The one received is 90% hot pink, not the swirl pictured online. I ask that you exchange for a ball that most closely resembles the one listed/advertised online. I feel as if the purchased product has been misrepresented and I am respectfully requesting you exchange for a closer match or provide a full refund. Thank you for you cooperation. Please Advise Thank you" After not hearing back from my last email I sent a follow up email. I replied to Bowlingball.com on April 12, 2022 stating: "I am waiting on a reply in regard to my response... The options I am respectfully requesting are: 1. Return for exchange (for a ball that resembles what you have advertised) - no restocking/shipping fee 2. Return for a full refund Please advise as I am using this email to memorialize our correspondence. " My specific request to resolve this matter is 1. Return for exchange (for a ball that resembles what you have advertised) - no restocking/shipping fee or 2. Return for a full refund
