I filed a claim to replace the batteries on the golf cart that I bought from this company. The warranty is for two years from date of receipt of golf cart (9/29/2020). The company denied my claim as that state that the warranty for that year was only one year. However, that was nowhere to be found on their website at the time or any paperwork receive at time of shipment. The user manual that was emailed to me just before the cart arrived, has the last two pages removed, which is the warranty section.Initial Complaint

On September 10,2021 I purchased a cricket grasshopper golf cart from Cricket mini golf carts. This is a cricket golf cart that has been converted to the grasshopper by adding larger tires and other things to make it travel better on dirt. I received the cart on Dec 2, 2021. I immediately notified the dealership that the cart was not right. It was delivered to my farm in a wooden crate that we had to break down to get the cart out. The cart does not sit level in the front. Something is not right with the frame or front tires. The front tires hit the fenders when turned to the left and drag and completely stop turning when turned to the right. The person I spoke with at the dealership told me that some of the grasshoppers will hit the fender if the wheel is turned all the way. The wheel hits the fender when it is only turned 1/2 way. It is not able to be driven like this. I also was not informed that it would hit the fender at all when I purchased it. I would not have purchased a product that has this problem. I have made repeated attempts to get them to contact me. They will not call you back. The 2 times he did call me back I was told this was normal for the grasshopper. You cannot drive this cart. It is not correct in the front end. The fenders are sitting on the tires. I would like this cart picked up and money refunded. I do not want to start out with a defective product. I have tried to contact them via text and phone calls. They send me a message back that they will call but never do.
