checked into the hotel at 2pm and set all luggage into room and left from hotel to go enjoy the beach, return around 1am to get about 2 hours of sleep in room 109. awakened by my gf telling me to quickly get out of the bed. she was covered in bed bug bites that have now swollen on her arms and legs and causing a serious inflamation getting worse since the incident. contacted front desk that morning by 4am for support followed by no help and they offered to change the sheets to help the issue. i believe further action than changing the sheets should be taken for such insects and infestation. owner contacts me and informs me there will be no refund no matter what and will not do anything about the issue. also informed him i have videos of their bed bugs in the sheets for later. he replies "so what, i dont care. take all the photos and videos you want."... it would be nice to recieve a full refund for wasnt able to even get any sleep for our 5 hour ride on a motocycle back home the next morning. but also more of exposing this busisness for what they are/ the people they con into staying their as well as health issues.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/21) */ I am writing this letter to inform you that,The room that is in question has been rented alot and no one has said anything about bugs I had called the pest control company that we use and they did not find any bugs in the room, This person might have had on there self or there baggage, if you look at our rating online no one has said anything about bugs, I am sorry this had happened but it was out of my control.
