I purchased a bracelet from this company on March 6, 2022. It was delivered March 9. On April 7, the clasp broke. I have evidence of the date of breakage. I contacted the company on April 10 and was told that the product was over 30 days old and therefore not returnable. I expressed my surprise as there is no such stated policy. The company then sent me screenshots from its website. None refer to a 30-day policy. The amount is small, but the message is huge. This company will not stand behind its products. I am filing this complaint out of principle: if you run a retail business, stand behind your products and respect your customers. I would like a replacement, out of principle.
