            Ordered a custom build bike and completed a contract outlining what was to be built and delivered. Paid $2200 up front. Took a long time to build the bike, all kinds of excuses, finally got photos and video of the supppsedly complete ready to ship bike, sent the balance of the payment, another $2200, never got the bike. After he cashed the second check he said there was a titling issue that had "just come up", said he would refund the money, nothing since. No bike, no refund, no contact. The guy is a professional scammer.

            I'm a retired federal law enforcement officer ,I have been in contact with Todd for about 8 years on and off about a build .I reached.out to him.I'm August of 2021 for a bike build . I sent half for the build ,he then asked later asked for another 1500.00 which i sent . The address on the contract is no longer .I asked to send 1000.00 and 500 a month until the monies is satisfied . I have NUMEROUS avenues to allow.Mr ******* to make good on what can be for him an CRUCIAL mistake..He also said that he was gonna re- finance his home to pay me .He sent .me a front wheel and a frame with a motor . I mentioned to him that the items he texted me staying that they were my parts could be ANYONE'S because they didn't have the finish that I requested...If anyone revisits concerning Mr. ******* ,please contact me at thank you
