This is the worst moving company I have hired in my 22 moves, are unsafe, and attacked me. This company cost us thousands of dollars by gashing the walls of our home in our stairway badly and breaking a light (historic light on the wall that will be hard to find a replacement for) while moving a mattress upstairs, even though we had taken down the balcony side and there was plenty of space for the mattress. They did not wrap the side or even try to prevent damage, which would have made an accident more bearable. I had confirmed three movers with the company twice, including the day before the move, at which point they asked if I could move the move time to 1.5 hours later. I really had no choice the day before so I said ok, even though that put us in the heat of the day. I was supposed to get three movers but got two. I got then natural smoothies when I ordered lunch and we were very polite to them, but when the second saw a treadmill--something we had told the company about in advance -- he quit the entire job about an hour in, sitting in their car they came in but coming into my kitchen every so often to help himself to water and ice in my fridge without asking me. They kept asking my boyfriend where everything would go even though he kept directing them to ask me, as it was all my things and I was the one who had booked them. One man is pretty much useless for a move as you really need two to lift anything heavy. I have moved often and clearly had boxes marked, and then always was around watching to help, but every box they ended up putting in a different room than the one I asked them to move it to. One man was laying down on a FaceTime while putting the beds together -- I have moved 22 times and have never had anyone take half as long to put together the beds as he did, and he put together the king bed incorrectly where the back is loose, damaging the furniture and possibly damaging me. They said they would fix the incorrect charge of 3 people but never did.
