            Hello, for over ten years now I have been receiving postal mailing advertisements from Gary Yeomans Honda (*************, **). I have messaged them through their site and e-mailed them over ten times to be removed from their mailing list, but it is never done. So I would like to please ask the BBB to get Gary Yeomans Honda to remove my name and address from all of their postal mailing list.             I purchased a car, a *** *** 2013 lx from them 3 yrs ago that was imported from *********** to them. I saw the advertisement that I found online for the Car. The unprofessional and gaslighting I received is unreal. Now I have recall on the car but when they went to type in my Vin # in the *** recall system, it didn't pop up, in the recall system or any other system for that matter. I got turned away and the recall wasn't done. I reached out to the state attorney General and the suggested i reach out to the dmv fraud ***** and the BBB because it sounded like some type of fraud to them or cloning of the car for my vin number to be an issue. Because they are claiming they didn't fail on any of the paperwork when the import was made from *********** to them and that if I was looking for anyone to **** i should sue *** motors and not them because *** is the one lying. I will update results snd outcome once I get the fraud papers filed through the fraud division. Buyer beware with this company. They are awful humans. Profits takes precedence over consumer safety. Unacceptable and criminal behavior
