      May 4th, I purchased a 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I put a $2,500 down payment on the car. Days later I received a phone call from finance stating they found me a better deal with lower payments and the first contract would be voided. I signed the second contract and everything looked fine. On June 15, I received a denial letter from the bank that I was supposedly in contract with, I messaged the finance person and tells me to disregard that letter. He assured me that everything was fine and that I had nothing to worry about. I told him, it's been over a month, and I had not received anything in regard to how I would be making payments on my new car or anything. He informed me that he would have once of his finance people call me with that information I was lied to as the first contract I signed was never voided out and now I am having to pay a greater amount then what I was told. To date, I have not been able to resolve this issue as I keep getting the runaround. I also have pictures confirming to disregard the denial letter and reassuring me that I was still approved with the second contract.

      Such poor customer service. Test drove a vehicle we were planning to purchase. We noted to our salesman the bug markings on the hood of the vehicle. Our salesman stated he would have it all taken care of and looking new by the time we picked the car up. He even asked if we could leave it with the dealership in order to have the time to take care of it. We go to sign paperwork 2 days later. We make note of the markings and how it looks worse. Sales managers says he will take it to the back to get it taken care of while we signed paperwork. We were not told till after the papers were signed and keys handed to us that the markings would not come off, but he would talk to the GM for us. 2 days later we hear from the GM that they are not going to offer to fix the situation, when asked if they would buff out the markings and repaint the hood. It was told to us since there was no paperwork noting the markings, then who is to say they were there to start. We also asked about the receipt for our cash down payment and the second key fob. Those small requests would be looked into as there were also no notes for these items either.
