We are a small funeral home in ******* and have received email correspondence from Eternal Brandings, Inc. We ordered and paid for merchandise from them in fall of 2023 and we have not received shipment of the product ordered. I spoke with a *****************, who took my order and she has NOT been able to give me a solid explanation to where my item is today. I requested my money back and she was evasive. I'm sending this out to our state association not to do business with this company.

Additionally, order processing cannot begin until the product rendering has been approved, which caused initial delays due to email bounce-backs in our attempts to gain approval.
