We are a small funeral home in ******* and have received email correspondence from Eternal Brandings, Inc. We ordered and paid for merchandise from them in fall of 2023 and we have not received shipment of the product ordered. I spoke with a *****************, who took my order and she has NOT been able to give me a solid explanation to where my item is today. I requested my money back and she was evasive. I'm sending this out to our state association not to do business with this company.

Our delivery time can extend up to 4 weeks due to product imprinting and customs procedures, a detail that was communicated to you. Additionally, order processing cannot begin until the product rendering has been approved, which caused initial delays due to email bounce-backs in our attempts to gain approval. Changes were also requested to the product design which caused further delays. The tracking information for your order (Tracking ************) was sent to you on March 6th, 2024, and the delivery was confirmed on March 11th, 2024, signed by MMADISON.Although your concerns have been raised more than two months after receiving the product, we have proceeded with issuing a refund check which has been mailed (tracking ************) please note this will require a signature and will be automatically voided after 30 days if left unprocessed.
