            4/1/23 is when I spent $80 for myself and my 2 kids to have an hour of fun time at this business on vacation. The young boys working the go carts were thuggish and rude to everyone saying we only have an hour left we will not be doing group stuff ok ok with a. Attitude! Then we go play laser tag and the young man working there was so nice to us. We go back to go go carts and my son is going to drive me. We sit down and everyone is ready to go and once he is gonna let us go he says he can’t drive you. Ok sir why didn’t you tell us this while you saw us sitting here in the front of the line waiting? Then we get out my son goes to go drive by hisself and the boy comes out and says this is the last ride and will not allow him to ride. I go to speak to the so called owner and he cops an attitude with me and says he will kick me out of his business! I wish he would because I did nothing wrong. He was rude to me for no reason. These people are sexiest and raciest!

            They had terrible customer service. They did a promotion with groupon and mentioned nothing about a bag search. I went into the park and rented a locker and had no issues. I left during the day to get food but not to bring it to eat in their park. I don't own a vehicle due to disability so I had to keep my food in my purse. When I came back to get something out of my locker their worker dug in my bag and threw my food away. Their manager was very nasty and condescending. I left the park due to harassment.

            We are sorry about your interaction at the Park.  We strive to make every guest happy, but we also make sure that all policies are enforced.  We do have signage above the front doors to the ********** that says No Outside Food or Beverage.  Also in side the front doors on the wall as well as across from the turnstiles that you entered for the waterpark we have Code of Conduct and Park Policies signs.  Under the Park Policies this is stated "All bags, strollers and other personal items are subject to inspection." .  We do check bags for any food or drinks as well as other prohibited items, this is also stated on these signs.  It states "The following are not permitted inside Daytona Lagoon: outside food or beverages, coolers (small coolers with sealed water is permitted), unlawful weapons, rafts, and any kind of glass containers."  This is for the safety of our guests.  The Code of Conduct and Park Policies are also stated on our website ************************************************************************ , so that you can review them before you come to the park.  Again I do apologize for the interaction you had with our management, but they were trying to do their jobs.
