Booked three tickets for infield 2024. Race cancelled due to rain by ******* I was told by staff I had three months to setup another race event. Later I found out I needed to return the next day or forfeit tickets. Even worse, I was expected to pay for insurance to cover if I did not show up AND INCASE ****** CANCELS THE ***** Ive never heard of a provider force a customer to insure their risk. I wrote the better business bureau hoping to get to upper management and ****** did not respond at all. Case closed due to non response. If you are looking for an unethical and incompetent provider that has no notion of basic customer service then book with ******.Fans deserve betterReview from Debra B

I bought Daytona 500 tickets for this Feb 2024. When I went to their website it was sold out they had Seat Geek on their screen to click as they work with them for tickets. I pitched two $99.00 tics being charged $220 each so $440 for tics. Day of race came (I live up North so flight and hotel) and weather was bad race postponed until 4pm next day. We could not go but were happy that there is an exchange policy per ****** website we were planning on exchanging. I am being ripped off by Daytona they cant help me because I bought them from Seat Geek and they dont follow that policy I am eating $440 dollars and devastated. .
