I had a roof put on in August 2022. On June 14, 2024 while having heavy rain, I noticed a water spot growing on my bathroom ceiling. I contacted GSD June 17 and was informed, because of Hurricane *** in 2023 my warranty is now void. Even though I had no damage from ***. Why do they give a 5 year warranty if there really is no warranty. I live in *******. We always have hurricanes!Review from Traci G

Watch out! Deceptive Practices. Report to District Attorney Office. The entice you to initial on an iPad stating it allows them to negotiate with insurance. It is actually a contingency stating you must turn turn over all insurance money to them. 20% of service change if you don’t then sign their service contract. The contract excludes all services except to roof but still wanting all the insurance money. If you refuse to sign they threaten you with the the contingency you didn’t even know you signed and will send you to collections, 20% around 8000.00 dollars! Don’t sign report them. If you were turned over to collections, you can sue for damages!Review from Daniel G

Needed my roof replaced. I called GSD and they did a fantastic job. They were nothing but professional and my new roof and gutters look amazing. They were quick and made my home look brand new. Highly recommend GSD for your next roofing project. Thank you GSD!Review from Nancy L

Leak in roof. Repairs were inadequate and photos of " repairs" taken by another roofing company showed the following: inadequate repair that caused further leaking, lack of correct materials used that looked like debris and rotted wood. The other roofing company said that GSD left the area and this is correct. GSD did not return our phone calls nor did they respond to this issue of faulty repair work on a roof they installed. Avoid this company. I had spoken to the owner of the company who assured me that he would make it right before the first " repair" was done . Alfonso was the person who we spoke with regarding first repair and second repair . Both repairs we inadequate and done incorrectly . Third time we had leaking; no response at all. New roofing company showed us photos of the mess GSD did ... not a repair but a mess. We spent over $2,000 to repair the roof properly. Note: roof was under warranty with GSD Beware GSD

This is a message for Jeremy. Hi Jeremy my name is Nancy *** and I have had some workmen at the house to do some repair work on a roof that GSD installed. I was working specifically with Alfonso. He's actually on the East Coast, I'm in Naples and I just I'm calling to let you know that he's done an outstanding job to troubleshoot, get the various technicians out on the roof to take care of the job which they're I think finishing up today and I happen to be an attorney I happen to work in consumer affairs with some of the things that I've done over the years and I just you know I maybe the first to be critical but I also wanted to be the first to just tell a company when they do things right. Alphonso has been an incredible, he's just been really really terrific and he should be acknowledged. That's why I am calling. My husband feels the same way. I can be reached at ************. He did an outstanding job. He took multiple phone calls from me for us to do some trouble shooting. Was very pleasant, very professional. He followed through on everything he said he was going to and not everybody does this in this day and age so we will be recommending your company for any roof work and he did an outstanding job. If you would like to speak with me to confirm who I am that would be fine. Thank you very much.
This woman was not the owner of the house that we had signed a contract with. We went there and did the repairs for free and she praised us for it and even went as far to tell everyone how great we were. This is coming a year after we had repaired her roof and we have not heard a peep from her since. This review should be removed because she clearly had no problem with the repairs we did and we have no idea what she has done to her roof in the last year since we were last on it.
Nancy *** seems to have a vendetta against us and appears to have done a complete 180 from a year ago.
