CELLAIRIS store - Turkey Lake (8990 turkey lake rd - *******) on April 8 at 4:17 pm I left 2 iPhones to be repaired, the technician estimated that it would be just the battery and the other the screen, the store closed with the help of ******* I found out that the store was at ******* in Sand Lake they returned me one of the iPhones without the screen that they cannot fix and the other one until today they did not return me and they refused to return me the money close to $ 280, they claimed that they do not return money only in credit for other purchases. and I still don't have the money or the phone working, I'm 40 minutes away from this store and every Saturday I call and they say it's ready (I have all the conversations in the messages) and they say it's ready to pick up when I get there they invent an excuse that they didn't have time, that the part didn't arrive, that the technician didn't come today, I offended so they only owe me another working IPHONE that was all right and on the 20th they made me go to the store again saying that I had a phone that would replace the others and they gave me an old Samsung with a broken screen and all dirty. I didn't accept it, today I just want a working IPHONE because they don't have my phones anymore and they refused to return the money.Business response
