              On 8/26/2022 I was in an accident in Port Orange and had to have my car towed from the scene. Arrow Towing was the one to arrive to the scene. I asked the tow truck driver if he could drop my car off at my work one block down the road. He declined even though I had cash on hand. I went Arrow's tow yard later that day to have my car towed by a different company to my work. They charged me $170 total, and they only accept cash. They only gave me one invoice for a $125 "police hook" and $0 for outside storage. They did not provide a cash receipt either, and they have yet to provide me with any other bill or invoice for the remaining $45. It is within my understanding of Port Orange resolution 19-15 that the maximum nonconsensual tow rate is $125 for a Class A vehicle under 9,999lbs GVWR, and that the one-day storage fee for a Class A vehicle is $25. I'm sure I'm not the only person with these issues.

              Awful. Price gougning during Hurrican Ian. Lied to and overcharged. Charged $725 for towing services with 5 days at towyard. They said car was in salvage yard. It was not. They demanded cash payment. They were very rude and unkind. Would not permit me to attempt to even start the car without paying them $725 in cash. I would not recommend their use. Talked to **** driver. Was told multiple complaints against this towing company.
