Location has been closed since 2015. Received no communication if it's going to reopen. They want owners fees paid for property and are now suing. Location has given no updates and multiple owners are in the same situation. Tried to pass us off to RCI but cost was way to much. We're coming out of a pandemic loss of jobs price increases for everything, and a closed up location wants money to pay for units that don't exist. What option do I have I was nut offered a buyout nor given a hardship optionBusiness response

The association attorney will be able to provide you with an current information for your specific ownership as well as the property in general.
