Procare is invoicing us for a product we never agreed to order. We are a veterinary clinic that never places orders by phone. We have specific vendor for specific products. On Feb 15/2024 Procare called our clinic, spoke to a person in our kennel and offered to ship two free sample boxes of nitrile sterile high risk exam gloves and advised her we only had to pay for shipping and handling. The next month, we were invoiced ****** for the gloves plus freight of *****. When we reached out to the company ask about the invoice, we were told that we agreed to it. When we asked for the date and time the call was placed, it was provided. We listened to the call we recorded (In ****, 1 party consent is all that is required to record) and determined that no agreement to pay for the gloves other than freight charges was ever reached.Initial Complaint

This "company" called our location and offered to send us samples of gloves and we never received anything. They said that they have tracking of the gloves received to our location, but we never received anything and now we have received an invoice for $600+ dollars. They are demanding and very unprofessional and expect us to pay for something we didn't receive.Initial Complaint

This company is trying to scam ** & currently is harassing us with so many phone calls to our business. They sent us gloves that we never ordered in July 2023 & kept sending ** invoices even after we called & informed them that we usually order our gloves from a specific vendor & that we've never heard of their company nor we have ordered anything from them. We requested a return label to return their gloves that never opened & we'll never be used by us, but they refused. We are demanding ProCare cease and desist in contacting our office by phone, ************* or in the form of invoices. We further demand they remove ** from their solicitation pool.Initial Complaint

ProCare Medical Supplies called our location on 11/28/23 under the guise of confirming supply needs, speaking to *****. Based on ProCare's phone call, they claim we ordered supplies from them. However, we only use www.Vetcove.com to order all products and we did not see any purchases from ProCare Medical on Vetcove. I believe we received the package on 12/18/23. Upon realizing this was not something we carry I called ProCare to let them know we will be sending them back. ProCare stated they do not accept returns and demanded payment. On 12/21/23 ******, from ProCare Medical, stated we can send the package back. The label for the package was created on 12/21/23, picked up on 12/22/23, and delivered on 12/27/23 to the return address on the box from the original label, from ProCare Medical. This is the tracking information for the package 1ZV37A330330184065 . We are demanding ProCare cease and desist in contacting any of our locations by phone or in the form of invoices. We are now receiving invoices with demand for payment. . We are demanding ProCare cease and desist in contacting any of our locations by phone or in the form of invoices. 03/27/2023 is what the company states as an "order date". They play a recording of our employee that is made to sound like the employee ordered gloves when she did not have authorization and did not do.Have spoken to the head person, and customer service and they were made aware that we were going to turn them into the BBB.Initial Complaint

ProCare Medical Supplies called our location under the guise of confirming supply needs, speaking to whomever answered the phone. Based on ProCare's deceptive solicitation tactics, they claim we ordered supplies from them. However, we only use purchase orders--and one was never issued to ProCare as they are not on our approved vendor listing. We are now receiving invoices with demand for payment. We set up vendors through our purchasing department and issue POs for ALL purchases. We are demanding ProCare cease and desist in contacting any of our locations by phone or in the form of invoices. We further demand they remove us from their solicitation pool.
