I have been buying plant for my zo e from Florida Hill nursery for the past 2 years. They don't communicate with people, but in about a week I received my plants neatly packed and very healthy. The shipping service company is who crushed my last set of plants. I filed a claim via **** I am a returning customer.Review from Scott G

They did ship me my banana plants. the plants were frozen solid when arrived **** they have sense died. The problem with this nursery is that you will get no response back from them if you have an issue. here is what is posted on their website. (Sometimes plants don't survive and we here at Florida Hill Nursery understand that. If within a 30-day time period from the point of delivery your plants don't survive use our contact form to get in touch with us*). I have sent emails to them about 5 times in the past 3 weeks and only got one response asking for pictures of the plants. I asked if they could be replaced and no response. be careful ordering from this nursery. they have no customer service.Review from B. Dan W.

This business is dishonest in its website advertising. They claim, and I quote "Sometimes plants don't survive and we here at Florida Hill Nursery understand that. If within a 30-day time period from the point of delivery your plants don't survive use our contact form to get in touch with us*.For a full refund return the plants to the address listed below. Once the plants have been shipped back to us simply use our contact form to send us the delivery confirmation. Return the plants to:FHN Refund Department

I have 7 dead plants, at a value of roughly $70.00 that were ordered from them. I've tried contacting them via their contact form, email, and phone number multiple times in order to get a refund. They are completely unresponsive. Please help me get a response from them and a refund. ThanksReview from Simone L
