I am not the kind of customer to post a negative review as I think most issues can be worked out between level headed people, but, I would have given a negative amount of stars if it was allowed. This review however is the exception. This was the hardest person (and owner) to get along with I have ever dealt with. The install was delayed 3 times due to his glass temper person according to him. I took time off of work each time for these delays, I do understand that there are going to be delays. I don't understand NOT picking up the phone and keeping your customer up to date with a quick courtesy call letting them know where things stand on delays that come up. To make up time for the 3 delays encountered waiting on the glass, I took it upon myself to uninstall the existing glass and glass border. This didn't help and the shower still ran 3 weeks behind schedule to get finished. With 3 additional weeks to get the work, you would think it would then be a gorgeous install, well, far from it. It was hideous workmanship. A few examples are the holes where the screws that held in the old aluminum glass channel metalwork were just left as is, a hole right through the old tile. No silicone, no grout, just a hole through the old tile. Then when mounts the door, it is right about 1/2" gap between the tile floor and the bottom of the glass door. There is nothing there like "a clear threshold" or a clear wiper blade. It was getting late in the day and I asked him when he thought he would be finishing up, he responded that he was done. I was then beside myself and told him to go ahead and leave and I would clean up and wipe everything down. Everyone out there, be VERY AWARE of this company Accent Glass and look elsewhere if you want to avoid headaches and want a truly professional install.
