On December 28, 2022, DoggieLawn emailed *** at the Coverall ******** Office that we were discontinuing Coverall's services effective immediately. *** replied that we signed a contract and it renews each year on September 23rd. On January 10th, 2023 we emailed the following:Regarding our cancellation request, the company reviewed the contract and ********** laws. The ******************* law Bill 390 states that as of July 1st, 2022, renewal notices must be provided 15 to 45 days prior to the automatic renewal. Businesses with automatic renewal plans with one year or longer initial term must deliver notices at least 15 days and no more than 45 days before the renewal date reminding their clients/customers that their contract will automatically renew unless canceled.DoggieLawn did not receive a renewal letter via mail or email in August or September 2022 reminding us of our upcoming renewal. Again we are asking to cancel our contract effective 12/28/22 based on this law."We resent again on January 11th asking to cancel our contract. No response as of today.
