Pinnacle is the perfect reason to never deal with the insurance company directly. They handled all aspects of a water intrusion claim and then again for a kitchen fire claim - efficiently, professionally and patiently. Truly hope that I will not need their assistance again, but at least I know who I can count on in times of crisis. Thank you to all at Pinnacle who held my hand during my flood claim and again during my fire claim. God Bless!Review from Awni A.

Above and beyond what I had expected from Pennacle. Great service, professionalism, highly knowledgeable. A take control claim service. After my insurance claim resulting from hurricane *** was turned down three times, I hired Pinnacle Claim Service to take over the process. It took many months for the claim payment to be approved, but Pinnacle followed through and the insurance eventually paid. Pinnacle was very helpful and professional.Without Pinnacle it was impossible to convince the insurance company to fulfill their contractual obligations .Hopefully we dont have to experience another hurricane but if it will happen at least now we know where to go for help.Pinnacle Claim Services, Inc Response

Pinnacle made it possible for my home to recover from Hurricane ***. My Insurance carrier would not work with me and was not responsive to my claims. *** , the Public Adjuster, was patient and kept me informed throughout the journey. Once the large items were settled on, he went further and handled the smaller items needed. Their work resulted in my claim being completed with enough funds to replace ******* and cover other repairs which occured. The office staff were very efficient and stayed in touch with *** and me so that I was aware of the progress as it was happening. The Pinnacle Team absolutely helped me deal with the stress and frustrations of the process of getting my home back together.
