    The company sent an email for a gift. It specified to call between 12/11/23 & 12/15/23. The promo email provided a num to call. I called on 12/11/23 @ 5:31 pm. Left a detailed voicemail requesting a call back for the promotion. Did not receive the call back. I called to inquire the status for I didnt receive a call back. The owner failed to honor the promotion & was requesting for me to make a purchase. I offered to send proof of my call records & still she demanded for me to buy. At this point the email can be considered false advertisement for I did what the email specified & the owner insisted on not honoring the promotion like if its my fault theyre not listening to their voicemail.

    These vacuums are ridiculous. I have had mine serviced once in the less than 6 months Ive had it and it needs it again. It has a smell like something died in it, even though it has been cleaned, sanitized and ran several times. I was ready to return it but when I tried to, they said there is no return policy SO: for a lifetime guarantee on a $3000 vacuum, I would like a brand new one to be given without these issues!!

    HYLA Air & Room Cleaning are virtually maintenance free with a patented self-cleaning separator - just add fresh water and let it clean itself! As long as you run the HYLA with clean water, and after use empty the dirty water and rinse the water pan, there is absolutely no need for semi-annual service.

    Usually odor only develops when the water is not emptied after use, and bacteria are allowed to build up in the dirty water. If left for a longer period of time this might penetrate into the plastic. Please feel free to contact us toll-free 1-888-TRY-HYLA with your HYLA's serial number to evaluate your specific situation. We are confident that we will find a solution for you.

    Return policies may vary by state and local independent Distributorship. If you purchased your HYLA in an in-home demonstration, there should always be a return policy unless you purchase some type of clearance or open box item.

    Any type of warranty (i.e. lifetime guarantee) outside of the factory warranty stated on your warranty card is offered by a third party. Please double check your lifetime guarantee documents and file any claims according to the procedure described.
