The date of this transaction and now dispute started on 6/01/2024 The Total Amount of Money charged to my bank card was $195.00 H31****38333934353334H Office Staff me EXCESSIVELY amounts of Deposits of $150.00 dollars for a $45.00 dollar 1 night stay in a Tent at their campground. I voiced my opion directly to the staff right then and there that this was broderline "GOUGING" customers. I asked staff in front of 3 witnesses "How Many Days EXACTLY does it take you to REFUND my Outlandish Gouging deposits. I was told 3 to 5 business days. Well this past Wednesday was 3 business days, Thursday was 4 business days and today Friday (6/07/24) is the 5th business day and there has NEVER been a Refund Deposit back into my account endig is #**** a ***** ********** Card. I called my banker immediately today and was informed by my own banker that my $150,00 Deposit Refund has NOT been REFUNDED back to my card or account as was told to me. I then called H31****38333934353334H Office staff to alert them of what my banker has just told me and WHERE WAS MY MONEY?? I was then told a LIE by office staff member that they sent it and it was my banks problem and that was in FACT a LIE as I had just gotten off the line with my Banker. I called a second time back to their staff and stated, if they do not REFUND my DEPOSIT as told to me that I would be filing a formal written complaint as I am doing now with the BBB and next will be to the ** of Florida because this is FRAUDULENT behavior and GOUGING as well.
