            ************ is a cargo shipping company which I used his service several times. I thought he was a trust worthy individual. I shipped things with him for my family back home including a car I purchased the car was in good condition. He charged me over ***** for a complete package including insurance Tag and transfer. When the car arrived my husband did not receive the car for about a month after it was already at the destination so he went to pick it up. When he got the car it was damaged the main glass in the front is cracked, the side of the cat have been hit bumper is almost off the door handle missing and well as the wipers. When I called *********** to work out fixing the car he agreed it's almost been 12 months and he has not fixes anything. I called him several times and all he gives is excuses. How he has other problems etc. I need to resolve this as this is an on going situation he refuses to fix. I would like to make a formal complaint. I will attach the car before and after pictures or I need a refund on my expense for this car
