I paid $1000 down to JP House Solutions LLC (*****) in March 2023 to extend the patio fence several feet backward. Also, JP House Solutions was working on my home (a half-bathroom on the first floor). Upon completion of the bathroom, JP House Solutions (*****) stated that he would need a couple of weeks to complete another project before beginning the fence. Besides the floors, JP House Solutions LLC would replace the staircase railings and stairs floor on the first and second floors. We treat each project separately. I paid for the flooring and provided ***** (JP House Solutions) with a separate $2400 down payment for the railing. As a result of custom cutting the railings, ***** indicated that it will take 35 days to complete the project. This occurred at the end of July 2023, with an installation date set for the beginning of September 2023. In September, I did not hear from ***** (JP House Solutions) at all, but by the end of the month he claimed to be feeling better after being sick. It was in mid-September that he came to my house and took new measurements, as well as confirming with me that the installation would be accomplished in the first week of October. The month of October has passed, and ************** has not been seen. Following two dozen attempts to contact ***** on his cell phone that all went to voicemail, I received an email from ***** *********************** on November 16, 2023 at 5:15AM stating the following: "Good morning ******, I can't communicate with you because I'm in ****** since last week completing my exams, my phone has stopped I dont now what happened, I'll be there next week. I'm trying to talk to the company on line to resolve my number, i will be in contact with you soon. I found your email to let you know.*******"As of this writing, I have not heard back from ************** and he still owes me $2400, and all my calls are going to his voicemail, and my floor has not yet been completed.
