The WORST experience anyone can have about their dream kitchen, Azzurri sells you a dream and delivers a NIGHTMARE. My final contract was signed Aug 2022 for my dream kitchen fabrication set for 6-8 weeks, "delivering expecting my kitchen Nov 14, 2022". Its January 19, 2023 and my kitchen has not been completely fabricated nor installed. The company has yet to give me a timeframe of when my kitchen will be completed. Every time I call the last person I spoke to is fired and no longer works for the company. The new person is lost and just takes a message. I've sent Email'ssss no answer. The installers the company sends are subcontracted and have not 1 idea of what their doing. Installers have destroyed my home causing holes on my interior roof, scratches on my marble floor, walls scums, etc. Im missing my entire landary room, my pantry, drawers, shelves, partition to the island cabinets which have NOT been delivered to my home and HAVE been paid for. Its all incomplete. I advise anyone who even thinks of purchasing a kitchen from Azzurri to PLEASE WALK AWAY.Customer Response

Installers DONT KNOW How to install. Their lost trying to fix cabinets that don't fit in place. This kitchen cost $35,000 just in cabinets and I'm receiving this quality of work.
