I hired William Sample Lighting, LLC to install outdoor lighting at my home both in the front yard and backyard on 2/2/22. Initially William Sample presented himself in a very professional manner and was very attentive. His website looked very professional and he assured me that the lighting that would be installed would be high quality and that he would always be available if there were any service issues. It didn't take long for the first issue to occur, on 4/1/22 the first lighting wires were cut by the landscapers. Naturally, I was aggravated and brought this to my landscapers attention who intern walked me around all the newly installed lighting and showed me how all of the wires were completely exposed and had not been buried deep enough to prevent damage to the wiring from any landscape work being completed. I informed William Sample of same and after weeks of delayed responses he finally sent someone out to repair and "bury" the damaged line properly and told me that the installer had been a new hire and he had not done the initial installation properly. Unfortunately, at that time William Sample did not redo all the wiring to insure that the wiring would be buried deep enough so that the landscapers would not damage the wiring moving forward, he just dealt with that one issue. Fast forward to today and 3 additional lighting outages 4/21/22, 5/1/22 and most recently 6/11/22 it has been 10 days, 3 emails and a voicemail and still no response to the 6/11/22 issue. I have spent $5,350.00 on this nightmare of a project, its the first thing (lights not working) that I see when I awaken and the last thing I see when I go to bed.I wish that I had never hired William Sample Lighting LLC, I DO NOT recommend this lighting company for outdoor landscape lighting unless you want countless outages and issues and delayed or most recently radio silence when there is a problem.
