This Company called me over 7 times in a two hour period asking for someone I do not know. It started at 7:52 am its only 9 am and the calls are making me have a breakdown. I ask to be put on a DNC list and then another call will ring in before I can hang up. All different numbers. Please for the love of god please stop I need my phone to work from home.Business response

The number that you gave us came from someone filling out a lead form and giving us permission to call, that number belongs to a ***************************, and was filled out on 6/29/24 this past Saturday.
We called it once today 7/01/2024 asking for ******* **************************** ******* answered the phone call and said why are you calling, ******* is a homeless person, and this is the fourth time you called looking for *******.
Our fronter then hung up and put the number on the **** ******* then called us back, our fronter then said ******* did you miss a call from us? to which ******* replied, you just called me again.
We have both calls recorded because CMS makes us record all calls. So, I don't know what her game is, but We only called once and then put the number on the *** list We also have the *** which shows that the form was filled out and gave us permission to call.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not call nor give this company permission to call me. My name is not *************************** nor does he pay my phone bill or part of my household. I reject the fact that they said I called them. I was upset explaining to one of the callers to no longer call me when another call was coming in from the same company. They spoof their phone number. Meaning they called me from over 18 phone numbers but it was the same company. Proof in the photos. Again I did not give this company permission to call me. They continue to call me today. July 2, 2024.
Im not sure what game they are playing, but it seems like they are trying to bend the rules the ************************ has in place specifically the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

We have the Permission to call and the recorded conversations with her.
If she wants to go to court, I welcome it.
Ther are at least 3 other companies with very similar names, and they are not regulated by CMS and can cold call all they want, we can't unless we have the PTC.
So maybe the calls are from the other companies, but they are not from us, as I said we called once and then put that number on the *** list.

My phone number has been on the do not call registry for years and I received a phone call from this business today, at 14:13 EST. The person that called initially would not tell me what company they worked for, nor their location. They need to respect the do not call list and stop calling me or I will consider legal action.Business response

WE looked into our dialer, and we don't have that number in it, so we did not make that call!
There are a few companies with very similar names it must have been one of those companies.
We are regulated by CMS and can't make an outbound call unless the person has given us their name and number and permission to call
we can't contact them, and we don't.

As he rejects the response from us, I reject his claim, where is his proof that we called him?
If it gets to a legal proceeding we will show proof of our Dialer, where is his proof that we were the ones who called him, not to mention that our dialer automatically rejects anyone who is on the *** list unless they opt-in to one of our advertisements and give us permission to call text or email.

I am rejecting this response because: call log from that time period has not been provided to show my number was not called. I will not take their word for it.The person that called stated they worked for Senior Healthcare Advisors in ******* and while there are two businesses with nearly identical names, at the same address, having owners with the same last name, there is only one location in ******* for Senior Healthcare Advisors. There is no other company named Senior Healthcare Advisors in *******. There is no other company of this name and state registered with BBB.
The business type aligns with what the person that called said they were calling for.

I receive calls from Senior Health Advisors 3 to 4 times a day. I am on the *** registry and have requested them to add me to theirs. They still continue to call regardless. It's using my minutes on the phone. Please have them stop.Business response

We are a ******** Advantage sales office and are highly regulated by ********** for ******** and ******** Services or CMS a government Office.
We cannot just cold call anyone, she has had to respond to one of our ads and given us permission to call her which is known as a PTC
Which we have a copy of the **** we did call her a few times but always got an answering machine, the last call was on March 28th but we have put her on our DNC list, and she will not get another call from us. But there are a few companies with very similar names, and they are not regulated by CMS and therefore can call her without a PTC

This company continues to all my BUSINESS multiple times a day. Asian callers that barely speak english and will not transfer to a supervisor in the **. I finally got them to tell me the name of the business. I have asked over 15 times for them to quit calling me. I will seek damages if this continues.Business response

I don't know what game is being played here but ************ is associated with ***************************** on a form that was filled out by someone that went into our dialer. when we contacted her, she asked us to place her on the **** which we did on 5/1/2024
at the same time ********************* also filled out a form on 5/1/2024 and was called and we put him on the *** also and each one was only called once by us.
There have been no other calls by Senior Healthcare Advisors LLC, but there are a few other companies with very similar name.

We did call ******************* back on May 18 and have not called her since, she was put on a DNC list. Just to note ***** responded to one of our Ads and filled out her information and Phone number otherwise there is no way for us to have called her. We are regulated by CMS and we are not allowed to call anyone who hasn't given us permission to call, which we have a PTC from her which is a Permission to call, text , or email.
There are three other companies with very similar names and are not regulated by CMS, we are and could lose our license if we continued to call.

Senior Healthcare Advisors LLC is under very strict regulations from CMS (Center for ******** Serves) a government office that doesn't allow us to call anyone unless they have opted-in to one of our ads asking to be called.
*********************** is not in our dialer and we have never called her.
There are a few other companies with similar names that are not restricted by the government to call .
She needs to answer their calls and tell them to stop calling her and put her on the *** list .

I am receiving 4+ telephone calls from "Senior Healthcare Advisors" on my mobile phone daily. I block the numbers after trying to tell them to stop calling **** am not on Medicare.These are nuisance calls that I seem to be unable to stop.Business response

We are a **************************** sales Agency, and are highly regulated by CMS, Center for ******** Services, a government agency.
We cannot call anyone unless they have responded to one of our advertisements and have given us a PTC, which is permission to call or text or email.
that would be the only way or reason to call her, but we just put her on our DNC list or Do Not Call list, so she won't get a call from us again.

They call to the point of harassment! Multiple times a day, as many as a dozen times! Its always identified as a call from PA but each time its a different number. & when I try to call back the phone doesnt connect! Its always persons with a thick accent, they are pushy & talk over me! this has gone on for over 2 years! *** asked to be taken off the call list many times. Very unscrupulous company, unethical workers! Why would a company located in ******* have a 717 PA area code! Not ligit as far as I can tell. If the calls dont stop I will have to look into filing a suspicious fraud complaint to the US Government fraud website.Business response

We are a ******** Advantage sales agency and in being such we are very regulated by CMS Which is ********** for ******** Services, we are only allowed to call people that have responded to our ads and put in their contact information into a
lead caption form, which we must keep for 10 years and in it is a line that says you are giving us permission to call, text, or email you, which needs to be check off.
************************* filled out one of these forms and check off the box giving us permission to call. We have called her but stopped calling her and put her on our Do Not Call list, and we have not called her since August 30,2022.

They continuously call even after being told to stop. I've been registered on the do not call list for four years, they keep calling me. I've told them over the phone to add me to their personal do not call list. They keep calling me. This is an unethical practice. I believe its illegal as well. When I asked for a supervisor to make sure I was on the do not call list I was hung up on. The next time I was called, I told them to stop and asked for a supervisor. I was hung up on. Senior Healthcare Advisors sells only Medicare Advantage and is under very strict compliance regulations by the CMS Center for Medicare Services.
We can only call or contact someone if they opt-in to one of our online advertisements of call us directly.
The phone number that Mr. Walker gave in his compliant is in our dialer but is registered to a Lena Hart and is on our Do Not Call list and hasn't been called in over 60 days.
We have received complaints before for the same reason but it is not us making the calls,
There are two companies that use very similar names, one is Senior Healthcare Team also located in Deerfield Beach Florida They sell Medicare supplements and have no
restrictions by CMS,
Their phone number is 866-333-7430, the other is a company in Tampa Florida whose name is Healthcare Solutions Direct but their IVR or voicemail uses the name Senior Healthcare,Their number is 844-427-7526Business response

Mr Walker, I don't know what kind of game you are playing but attached is the IP address, date and time stamp of Lena Hart at the phone number you said was yours.
When we called that number you answered and told us you were on the Do not call list and we put you on our DNC list.
If you go on any of our ads and fill out another name but with the same number we will not call you again.
We only call people who fill out our forms from our ads and we have the proof that they filled it out, so stop playing games.

I am rejecting this response because:This isn't a game. The rude response and the inability to take accountability for your unethical practice tells me much about your company.
1) Let's review, I said you called me. You said, We haven't called you in "60 days". I submitted a screen shot proof from Apple, that cannot be faked. Your response was to share a screenshot from your internal system, which has no means of 3rd party verification, and the only thing it says is that you hung up.
You said you didn't call. I showed proof that you did.2) You showed an IP address in your system? What does that even mean to this conversation? My phone number is registered to ME.
Federal law states: 16. How often must I access the registry and remove numbers from my calling list?
If your calls are covered by the registry, you have to synchronize your lists with an updated version of the registry at least every 31 days.My phone number is registered under my name on the Do NOT Call registry. The phone number has not been registered to Lena **** for over 4 years. You have 31 days from the date my phone number was registered in 2018 to access the national registry, as required by law, to update and synchronize your system. You have evidently not synchronized your system in 4 years. If you have third-party compliance company or an internal compliance program, please submit proof you have complied with federal law by showing you have
"accessed only through the fully automated and secure website at www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov. The first time you access the registry, you must set up a profile and provide identifying information about you and your organization."
What is your profile, when was it set up, when was the last time you accessed and synchronized?
Please submit proof, that I contacted your company and requested information within 31 days of your call.
Also, please submit a full call log of all your calls to my phone number, not just the last one. All of the calls.
It's not game. It is unethical. It maybe a crime.
