      Re: Jox Sox Order # ******** March 10, 2024. Order received and simply the soxs did not fit! The top of the sox around the ankle was way to tight and even shut off blood flow to the foot. Per their policy the soxs were returned for a refund along with the completed return form on March 25, 2024 via US mail sent to Jox Sox Retail Returns, ****************************************************. The US mail tracking indicates the soxs were received by Jox Sox. The refund has not been received and Jox Sox has made no contact with me or replied to messages left.

      I have purchased may pairs of this companies socks. Lifetime guarantee. I returned 10 pairs of socks for warranty purposes. Paid extra for signature verified delivery. The delivery was October 30, 2023. I have had no contact at all. Multiple calls with no answers or returns/email. A lifetime warranty with no support is useless. Be very skeptical before buying.

      Order No.: ********. 4 pairs of sox were returned on April 28, 2023 and a refund requested.. Per the tracking number they were received by the JoxSox company. I have called their customer service number at least 20 times and only get a voice mail. I have left messages and no one returns my calls. I have left emails and not received any response. I don't know what else to do except lodge this complaint. Thank you for your assistance. *************************

      It usually takes about 2 weeks to process, but we are running a little behind. You should see the credit on your credit card statement within a few days.

      I ordered 4 pair of Alpha Pro low cut socks (product number MAL-174) at $13 per pair. One pair had a hole in them. I returned that pair ($5.00 to mail) and asked for a replacement. According to **** tracking, the return package was delivered on April 3, 2023 at 2:45 PM. It has been a month and I have not heard anything from them. They have not answered any emails I have sent them. Terrible customer service.

      Order #******** was for a pair of Weekender shoes and the price was $38.52.I placed the order on March 26 and received the item about 10 days later. The second time I wore the shoes they came apart on the heel. I returned them with a properly filled out return form on April 8, 2023 and they were received by JOXSOX on April 10, 2023-received by *******. *** tracking number 1Z022RR00333673858.I have since tried unsuccessfully to contact JOXSOX by email and phone. They have not responded at all.I originally wanted another pair of the shoes, but now would prefer a refund. My cost to return the shoes was $11.98

      On October 19, 2022 I placed an order with Jox Sox for 4 pair of socks (order ##*******). On October 21 the company shipped out four pair of socks to me, but the wrong type (I ordered low cut and they sent me crew socks). I sent two emails to them asking how to go about exchanging them for the correct socks. They did not respond. I left a voicemail message on their customer service line. They did not respond. Finally, I mailed all the socks with a letter to them with my contact information via **** priority mail on November 7th. Per the tracking number, they received the socks on November 9th but have neither sent out the correct socks or a refund. I sent a third email today (November 18th ) as well as another voicemail on their customer service line.

      I ordered 2 ********************* shirts on May 2, 2022 and received shipment confirmation on May 9th. The XL shirts were too large, I returned them and asked for a size L. JoxSox responded that they didn't have one of my colors in size L, so I gave them an alternative color. As of today, September 20th, I still don't have the shirts. I have sent follow up emails. I've tried to call and left messages. No response. The last email I asked for a full refund of $64.20. No response. Terrible "customer service"

      I purchased a pair of their *******************Ons on 9/9/22, order #*******. After receiving them, the shoes were too tight so I'm attempting to find out how to return these and get the next size larger. Unfortunately, the company has not responded to my mulitple emails and even after leaving multiple phone messages, they do not call me back.They advertise that if you're not completely satisfied, just return them with no questions asked. I'm only asking them to provide me information on how to get these replaced with a shoe that fits.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      My original complaint about this issue was that JoxSox would not respond to me either through email or in returning phone messages left.  Providing me with a link to download the return form still does NOT answer my question completely.  Now that you're telling me that you don't have any other larger sizes to address this issue, am I supposed to pay to have them returned to you?  I do not see any answer to this question that I raised in my original complaint.  Are you going to reimburse me for the shipping charges back to you since you cannot remedy this issue?

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It is just sad that all of this could have been avoided by JoxSox just replying to my emails or phone messages.  It would be beneficial to the JoxSox management team to address the lack of communication by their company.  My complaint wasn't the first one in regards to this type of issue.

      Jox Sox are guaranteed for life. I returned 6 pair to be replaced with all correct forms. They received them August 31. I have called and emailed and they have never responded. Their phone recordings say they will return calls but they dont.. I just want my replacements.

      These socks were exchanged and sent out on Sept 14th and received by the customer on sept 17th. see tracking below. We were out of stock of the requested style until Sept 13th.
