July 6 2023 I ordered a Solax Transformer 2 auto folding scooter for my mother. On July 10 it showed up, only 5 days later! I then went on the Mobility Direct ******* channel to watch the unboxing video. Within 10 mins this scooter was ready to ride and I felt like a pro telling my mom how to use it! I have been looking into getting a scooter for my mom who has really bad arthritis. ***** at Mobility Direct was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me as I had many questions. If anyone is in the market for a scooter, I highly suggest you reach out to them!Review from Jorge A

************************** and ****** are awesome. They are very knowledgable and kind. They took the time to answer several of my questions. They guided me to male sure that i bought a scooter thay would be right for my size and height. The previous compant i was dealing with didnt bother to give me the right advice and wanted to just sell me the most expensive option. I highly recommend Mobility Direct to anyone that needs a powered mobility product.Review from Terry m

I had such a good experience with Mobility Direct. The salesperson was very straightforward with me and helped me get the perfect scooter. I love my Pride Endurance! I've called with questions and gotten through every time. I would highly recommend this company.Review from Steven H

The couple of bad reviews compared to the thousands and thousands of pride scooters made since they opened in **** is in itself remarkable. No one can satisfy every one all the time, I am more than happy to have pride scooter. This is my second scooter, all of the problems that I had before I caused myself (ie: letting the batteries freeze, and overheat in the sun). The ability to move around is well worth ten times the money it cost.Review from Nick R

WOW! I don't know how Mobility Direct would get anything but 5 stars. Their service is exceptional. With all the scams on the internet I was so pleased to find such an honest company with great service. I didn't feel pressured to buy from them and I felt like they truly cared about putting me in a scooter suited for my particular needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The Sales person spent a lot of time helping me figure out which is the right scooter and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Plus, I've gotten top notch service every time I call the parts and department. I would call this company a breath of fresh air.Review from Karina L

Great company to work with. I ordered a lift chair recliner and a mobility scooter for my mother. Both of them showed up in a timely manner, and the customer service team was super helpful when I called with questions on how to assemble everything. I will definitely use them again in the future!
