Called and the lady on the phone wasn't very nice and also said they couldn't do a job because the demolition hadn't been done yet.. like obviously you can't install something when there's something already there. I didn't ask about demolition or anything only if they could do some plumbing work (which was within their capabilities). Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. **************** representatives should be friendly and more than willing to work with you to help find a solution that works for everyone.Kyle Plumbing II, Inc Response

I paid $701 ($726 - $25 for first time customers, first and last for me) for a small single handle faucet with installation. Instead of asking me what type of faucet I'd like to replace mine with, the plumber came in with a large single faucet (made by Wolverine Brass, which I had never heard of) after being gone from my condo for 15 minutes. The spout was 8 1/2" high instead of the 4" inch that had broken. I have a very small kitchen and after he started to install it I told him it looked enormous in that space, and I didn't want it. After two more trips to his truck and packing up all his tools, he miraculously found a faucet similar to mine. I paid $150 for the first 45 minutes and $225 for three more 1/2 hour segments, $375 labor. I guess being a single mom didn't help much, I often feel I'm being taken advantage of.Kyle Plumbing II, Inc Response

The work performed by the technician was very well done and the cost was within reason, however I spent 10 minutes telling them what I needed to have done on the phone when I made the appointment only to have the technician arrive and ask me what he was there for...huh? Also when I made the appointment I was told that they needed the water turned off at the main for my condo for 2 hours between 10am and 12pm. I requested it be off from 10 to 1pm just to be sure. I assumed that this meant they would be at my condo at 10am to do the work. At 11am I called because no one had arrived and was told that the window was not to do the repair but a window for the technician to arrive to start the job. Fortunately he arrived around 11:45am and was able to do the work before the 1pm time I had given the condo association. I think a little more explanation of what that 2 hour window covers should have taken place.Kyle Plumbing II, Inc Response

I was very impressed. The gals scheduling my appointment were great. ****** the plumber, was courteous and professional. I received a call the next day to make sure the job went well, and a follow-up thank you card since I was a new customer.
