This company took advantage of my elderly grandmother. This company should be shut down. They continued to call her number well after she passed away.Business response

Purchased (and returned) product in late 2007. Somehow I started receiving numerous phone calls from this 'business' in the last 12 months. They claim they are my provider for septic product, but I never used the product. Their records should show they sent 1 shipment in 2007 that was returned within 30 days of receiving without having been used. Now, they will not stop calling even after I've told them to remove me from their list. Harassment won't earn them any business!Business response

Ordered product on December 22, 2022. Agent took debit card info and processed transaction, money was debited from my account immediately. Was told we would receive product within a few days. By January 2, 2023, still no product. Called and was told by agent she checked the system and product was to be delivered that day. No product. Called January 3, 2023, and now company clef down, no longer in business.Business response

I purchased the products from this company many years ago, and was very satisfied with them. I no longer use the products, nor do I wish to use the products. I get several phone calls a month from ************ These calls are from different people with different numbers from several locations. I have told them several times to please take me off the list I do not want to be contacted or pressured into buying any more products from septic Savior my only request is that they stop calling me I feel like Im being harassed and I did say that at the latest call I received which was at 8:45 on Monday, December 5 and the man was extremely rude. I am hoping that you can rectify this matter thank youBusiness response

We been using there product since 2019 faithfully and have had to have septic tank pumped 2 in the four years and both times the lines have been clogged and full to the top of the tank and alote of slug and slim in it . Very disappointing and like are money back .Business response

We never say you wont have to pump your tank out . we even recommend occasional pumping . Most people who use our product have reduced the amount of time there tank has to be pumped .Initial Complaint

Numerous daily calls from Septic Savior Demanded to be removed from their call list every time someone was on the other end More often than not answering machine would answer and there would be no message left Occasionally I was home to answer but would not get a response after I answeredBusiness response
