Date of transaction was August 22nd 2022 Price paid in full was $2,195 I was suppose to get flight voucher , certificate of AED , access to online app, and a kit to start to top it off the force signed me into classes I didn't attend only attended classes two days as i found out they were not living up to what i was promised. I would want my stuff they committed me to get or my money back. They haven't tried to resolve the problem been calling and emailing since August just no responses.Business response

The student attended the *********** class in August of 2022. Her original purchase, as shown on the receipt that she sent in, included the cost of the class ($2,595) plus an addition $400 taken off for attending the webinar, making a total of $2,195. Her statement that we have been unresponsive is simply untrue. Our director of operations, *************************** was in contact and attempting to reconcile the situation, however, the student broke off the conversation after finding out that she could not demand a kit.
When the student was registering for the class she discussed the program with an enrollment specialist, ***************************. Our director of operations reviewed the phone call and it was made very clear during the time of enrollment that the student would NOT receive a kit as part of the cost. She was referred to a sales representative to make her purchase if she chose to buy one. The student attended the class still and has been given everything that she is due, including access to the online course, the in class curriculum, and her digital certificate. Nothing has been withheld relating to her purchase, the student is simply trying to claim rights to products that are not part of this purchase.
I have attached the email thread that was between *************************** and the student where it was made clear to the student that they were not owed a hardware kit. The last email from the student was in November of 2022, which was not responded to as we felt there was no need to further continue the discussion as it seemed the student was just stating her feelings towards the company.
Lastly, this student did attempt a chargeback where evidence was submitted that she is in the wrong when demanding additional products, and the bank sided with the company as it is very clear that by email, recorded phone calls and discussion in class that this student was taken care of and given everything that they purchased. The student is wrongfully trying to get access to products that they have not purchased. The company will still honor the access rights to the content that the student purchased and has not revoked anything from the student.
We have spent over 10 years providing excellent training in the field of wedding and event design to thousands of students. We have never provided a kit to our inclass students for no cost as the hardware alone is worth over $1000. This student was clearly provided direction on how to purchase her kit. As for the rest of her purchase, she received her flight voucher, her attendance, a digital certificate, and all access to course materials as promised with her purchase.
