On 2-15-2023 I was went to get gas at the CEFCO I go in the store and I pay tell the lady I'm on pump too go back outside and wait and the pumps never came on I go back inside and tell her that the pumps are not on I do this four times in and out of the store telling them what what pump I'm on and it's not on and the last the second to the last time I went in she says what pump are you on I said two she said well I have you on 10 somebody just pumped $10 of your gas I didn't get $10 of gas I got $20 of gas on pump two well the manager come over there and says well there's nothing we can do because once it's put on that pump we can't change it and then he says no let me go watch the video I said please do go watch the video he goes to the back he does not come out he sends one of his cashiers out to tell me that there was nothing he could do and I said I want to see the video of me saying I was on pump 10 because I said pump too because I held two fingers up every time I said it he refused to let me see the video he refused to give me my money back and refuse to let me pump gas I've called the headquarters I've talked to them somebody was supposed to call me today I have yet to receive a phone call from them the district manager was supposed to call me she has not called me they are very unprofessional and there's no telling how many other people that they have screwed in this way this way and took their money they're stealing that is stealing not only that but the store was full of people it was very embarrassing and humiliating *****
