I brought my sick dog to FloridaWild on NOv 16,2023. I was charged $100 consult fee plus $80 to review records, which is a ripoff. ******************* did not review the records prior to the consult, she spent maybe a couple of minutes while I was in the room paying the $100. A list of instructions was emailed to me, which by the way, was badly written with copy and paste from other instructions and even had the name of another dog on it; hence, it was not made for my dog specifically. I immediately had questions about it, and a couple of additional concerns, and called the hospital. They told me the Dr was busy and may not get back to me. This was Thursday. I am to start a new regimen to treat cancer as soon as possible, yet I never heard from the Dr to this date. They told me to send her an email, which I did. It was NEVER answered. The hospital administrator said that I told the receptionist that I decided to go elsewhere and that is why the Dr didn't return my messages. THIS IS A LIE! I never said that. I even had another appointment set up as a follow up. I was just trying to get the sanawave therapy closer to me just as a referral, but keeping FloridaWild as the primary care. There's a major communication problem there. This animal hospital just cares about billing. They did not care for the wellbeing of my sick dog. I had to go elsewhere to find prompt and proper care for my baby, and start from scratch. I demand the refund of the bill, which was a total waste not just money but also time, as I had to drive over an hour just to get there.
