Purchased raw shrimp from save a lot on may 10, 2022 cooked the shrimp and the shrimp were not good as in soiled. Save a lot we're contacted on may 10,2022 to be informed about the product at 9:26pm no one answered I called multiple times because the stores weren't to close until 10:00pm no answer. May 11,2022 I called to store again no answer. May 12, 2022 I return to the store with my receipt talk to an manager we're told that the manager that does The refund's wouldn't be back for 3 days and that they don't do refunds without the product. Let customer know we would refund her money no problem and I would throw in a bag shrimp for free to try again. Apologized for the customer's inconvenience and made the resolution.
