      I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8/9/2022. While driving the vehicle for a few days I noticed a few issues. I went back in on 8/16/22 because they were closed on 8/14/22 and 8/15/22. I spoke with Joe the salesman and told him the things that needed to be repaired. He told me to make a list of the things that were wrong and to drop the vehicle off 8/25/22. The list of things were; Steering wheel shakes at highway speed Windshield wiper sprayers spray the hood not the windshield. Airbag showing Wind noise coming from windshield at higher speeds. Joe told me that the steering wheel may be shaking because it needs to be balanced and make sure all the right pressure is in the tires. On 8/23/22 I took it to ******* Auto and had them balance the tires. It cost me $48.00 but at this time that was not a big deal. ******* said one of the tires had a bubble on the side wall and that may be what is causing the shaking and that the tire needs to be replaced. The next morning 8/24/22 I brought the car to Citi Auto where I purchased this vehicle and told him it was not drivable due to the bubble in the tire and he can have the car for the next two days to handle the issues. I also informed Joe he did not have to worry about the wind noise in the windshield as I had already made an appointment to have it replaced through my insurance company. That afternoon he called me and told me to come pick up the vehicle in the morning because it is ready. He told me everything was done except the tire. I will be responsible for the tire because from the day I bought the vehicle to the day THEY told me to bring it back in for repairs I had put 2400 miles on it and they are not responsible for the tire after all those miles. I was upset but I understood. I get in the vehicle and there was glue residue all over the dashboard under the steering wheel. They had literally tried to glue the airbag back together.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/14) */ We sell all of our vehicles "as-is" she signed a written statement explaining all of this. We do help our customers after the fact. We repaired a squeeking door, it was the airbag cover that popped out under steering wheel purely cosmetic. We did not sell the vehicle with a bubble in the tire, she stated she went on a 3000 mile trip and after our inspection it seems she may have hit something. We did everything to try to remedy this situation but still got slandered. This is not a fair reporting on how we do business. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/09/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When I signed the deal I signed a 30 day Guarantee they did not honor this! There was NEVER a squeaky door so not sure what they fixed. The airbag cover is still popped out however they tried to glue it together like you see in the picture. I took the vehicle to jeep and they said it is UNREPAIRABLE the entire airbag must be replaced. The steering wheel was shaking at higher speeds Joe told me NO Problem we will take car of it AFTER I paid and replaced the tire the steering wheel NO LONGER shakes. So the bubble was there obviously. They did NOTHING To try and remedy this situation but try to glue the airbag shut and then tell me to put scotch tape on it. Selling a vehicle with an airbag unknown if its functional is selling someone a death trap. I also NEVER told them I went on a 3000 mile trip Joe told me that from the day of purchase I put 2000 miles on it so because I put so much mileage on it I must have done all the damage myself. He also stated that I damaged the airbag which is located UNDER the steering wheel by putting my groceries from the store under there and I must have damaged it when doing so. It was a 4 door jeep I purchased with a large trunk space why would I store my groceries under the steering wheel LOL. Stay far away from this place BAD BAD business. I have already replaced the windshield and LOUD wind noise is STILL there. I replaced the tire and that did fix the shaking. The wiper nozzles STILL spray the hood and NOT The windshield. The airbag is STILL OPEN. I am in the process of having the wind noise and nozzles repaired and then I will be suing this company. From the stress and headaches, missed work, cost to repair and putting my children in possible major danger I will not go away quietly!       On Saturday, December 04, 2021 I went to view a used pick-up truck and once the mechanic checked it out for me, I asked the dealer salesman: Charles B*** if I could put a deposit on the vehicle while I inquire with my financial institution as to what the Apr. rate would be on the loan for purchase. The salesman: Charles B*** said that a deposit could be put on the vehicle while I awaited the return inquiry on the loan rate for purchase. Charles B*** provided a buyer's order with the details, so that I could provide details on the pick-up truck to the bank. However, once my financial institution told me what the interest would be for the vehicle, I called the dealership to inform the salesman: Charles B*** but could not reach him. When I finally reached Charles B***, he had told me that he had taken the check to the bank to be deposited after I had left the dealership Saturday, December 4th and that it was not refundable. Charles B*** never told me that the Deposit ($500) that I had made would be non-refundable if the loan was not granted. This cannot be legitimate to withhold information such as this when transacted business with a customer. When I told Charles that he did not t*** me on Saturday that the Deposit would not be refunded, he said that he did not have to say it.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/11) */ In reference to your correspondence dated January 6, 2022 case # ******** **************. She was informed and signed that her deposit was non-refundable (proof attached). We left 3 voicemails and on the 4th attempt to call her 5 days later she informed us she bought a car somewhere else after we took our vehicle off the market, told several perspective customers it was sold. We will not be issuing any refund at this time.
