On April 26,2024 I ordered a croissant with ***** only she charged me 4.59, on April 28, I was charged 2.19 for a croissant with bacon only,I called and asked the manager on May 1,2024 and I asked her if I can get 2 donuts because I was over charged and she said no that's what she rung the Item up to be, I don't think that's the correct way to handle it they made the mistake, not **** still have my receipt'sBusiness response

We know of nothing of this complaint. First we have heard about it. The customer should follow the proper procedure which is to bring back the incorrect product, unconsumed, with the receipt as proof of purchase, to the store they bought it from. We would be happy to provide a refund. This procedure for a refund is the same as m out retailers have. However, we will not provide a refund if a customer does not provide a receipt and incorrect product returned as we run into many scams like this.Customer response
