On March 2024, I had financed (2016 Chevrolet suburban VIN *****************) through ********* financial. The vehicle that was financed was from Florida Trucks. I had gave Florida Trucks $3,470 for Deposit and delivery fee. They returned delivery fee of $1,470 because I payed for vehicle to get delivered. Delivery amount that was payed $900 through Nexus Auto transport. Part of amount ($150) was payed before delivery and other part was payed when delivered ($750). When vehicle was received I took it to get it a full inspection. I went to two different places to get vehicle inspected. It turns out it needed a new transmission. I talked to (****) Florida Trucks about situation and all he said was their was nothing wrong with vehicle. I let the bank ********** financial) know of the situation. The bank took its money back from Florida Trucks. (****) Florida Trucks got the vehicle repo. I asked **** to refund my money and he said no that he would use the money to get vehicle returned. I did not get my refund of deposit. I would also like to get money that I payed for to get vehicle delivered ($900) to my house. I have receipts attached to complaint. I algo have videos and voice recordings.

Florida Trucks sold me and my wife a used F-350 with a deleted DEF system without my knowledge that the DEF system had been tampered with. This is illegal, substantially reduces the resale value of the vehicle, and makes it impossible to pass an emissions test in NC (where I live) and is illegal to drive on the road in NC. The owner also claimed that he regularly sells DEF deleted trucks, admitting to repeatedly committing this crime. Florida Trucks offered to drive my vehicle from me in NC to FL to put in a used DEF system from a wrecked truck, but I found this to present an unreasonable amount of wear and tear on my truck with no assurance of reliability. I asked for a refund of my vehicle, and when presented with my terms (either give me a refund, or have a new DEF system installed at a mechanic near me in NC or I would seek further legal protections), Florida Trucks obtained an attorney on retainer who wrote me a "smear" letter that painted me as a greedy person seeking a windfall, rather than a consumer that Florida Trucks had committed a crime against. Obviously, in the letter, it sidestepped the fact that Florida Trucks had committed the crime (and continues to do so by the owner's verbal admission) of selling vehicles with tampered emissions systems.

Dealership sold me the truck with no check engine light. As soon as I leave the parking lot, the check engine light turns on. I turned around and brought it back to the dealer, Luis (the owner) told me to not worry they will fix it. Supposedly it was some O2 sensors that were bad. The mechanic replaced the O2 sensors and the check engine light was still on. The Mechanic insists he has a way to fix the truck so he stays with it. The Mechanic returns the truck to me and tells me it's fixed. One day later, the check engine light is on. I investigated under the hood and under the truck, and came to realize the mechanic replaced the truck's OEM catalytic converters with straight pipes without my permission. Replacing the catalytic converters with straight pipes is illegal and voids my warranty.I contacted the owner and explained what I discovered. He tells me it might have been a miscommunication as to him removing my OEM catalytic converters. He apologizes for the mechanic's work.He notices I am not happy and that his mechanic did a very poor and illegal job so he insists on buying me aftermarket catalytic converters. He buys the aftermarket catalytic converters and has a muffler shop install it at no charge (in my opinion, this was to keep me quiet). I get the truck back and the check engine light turns on after a couple of hours. I call the owner (Luis) and he does nothing to help the situation. Only tells me to call back the muffler shop and see what they can do. I call the muffler shop and they only tell me to wipe the code off with a OBDII reader and run it for a couple days to see if it clears. After a couple of attempts, the check engine light kept coming back on. I left it as is due to the fact of me being 1 hour and a half away from the muffler shop and from the dealer, and having to waste my time and gas was very frustrating. I then try to get rid of the truck by selling it or trading it in at a different dealer, and the first dealer that comes into contact
