On October 24, 2023 at 5:15pm I purchased my first car from Deland reliable. Upon arrival they showed me a car that would best fit me/credit. I finalized the paperwork the following day and left. Deland reliable had to get the car cleaned since they just received it. I didnt take the car home until October 26, 2023. Every week since I had the car I experienced nothing but issues and being a first time buyer/driver, I would get scared and immediately bring the car back to the dealership. Every other day I was starting to return the car because of more issues. At this point I started to notice that they never checked the car before selling it. On November 24, 2023, I paid my car payment and insurance for a car that wasnt even in my possession. The car been at the dealership due to on going issues and them having to send the car to a different mechanic. We complained numerous times and only got disrespected, lied to, yelled at and talked down to by the Hutch, the general manager Today November 27, 2023, I received a call from the sales manager saying that they finally have a rental for me and to pick it up at 4pm. Upon arrival at the rental, the dealership sent the mechanic to pay for the car. ********** then stated that since Im the driver, I would need to use a car with my name on it. I reached out to **** the sales manager and he said that he could give me a check that I would need to deposit and then it would be cleared tomorrow morning in order to get a rental car tomorrow November 28,2023. At this point, I was over being patient and went back to the dealership to speak with the owner. The owner left left and thats when the disrespect started from Kurn which seemed so helpful I the beginning until he got a recent promotion. Deland reliable no longer wanted to help so I started that they need to start the process and give me all my money back for this old car. The car was smoking, the engine bad and numerous issues. We ended up walking out the office.Business response

To whom it may concern:
We received your complaint regarding the 2014 Kia ****** in regards to the issues with the vehicle we are sorry this has happened and we realize the inconvenience this has caused you, we have sent your car to Apex Automotive to have the repairs done. As of this letter 12/06/23 the repairs have been completed and the car returned to *******************, the warranty has taken care of all the charges and ******************* has been reimbursed for money spent on Uber rides. Again we apologize for the inconvenience but there is a warranty on the car for mechanical break downs. Deland Reliable
