Order US-****** placed on June 30th for Eufy Spaceview Pro baby cam T8321-M Baby Monitor Replacement Battery. Delivery as per their website: "All battery order ship within 1 business day, and standard delivery times range from 1-2 days for most destinations. Most other orders ship within 1 business day, and standard delivery times range from 1-3 days for most destinations. Some locations may take up to 7 days."On July 7 I emailed to request order status update. Vendor replied "Your order is currently being processed and will be shipping in the next few business days. We get our batteries directly from our manufacturer to ensure we have factory fresh batteries. Rest assured that everything is working well for your order." At this point I realized I would not be receiving my battery in a week and procured one elsewhere, requesting a refund from this vendor. Vendor indicated that a 15% restocking fee would be levied despite not having shipped (or even processed) my order while charging me full price. I seek a full refund and am still being told to wait by the vendor.Initial Complaint

On March 12 2022 I ordered a battery for my motorcycle from Battery Clerk (order number: US-******). The batter was an EverStart ES14BS Powersports Replacement Battery which cost $40.89 + $10.95 shipping. The battery arrived. The battery was delivered March 16th. Immediately after install there was a distinct scent of rotten eggs while riding. I didn't realize at the time that this is the smell of a leaking battery, which is very dangerous. It wasn't until I had to start jump starting the brand new battery that I realized something was wrong and started researching the issue. I realized the battery was not only defective but dangerous around May 25th, which is when I reached out to Battery Clerk customer service to have something done about it. They informed me that the battery was still under warranty so they would replace it if I took a picture of the voltage. They said they could test it, but then said that since it was damaged I would be unable to ship it and I would have to test it my self (you see the irony of testing a battery to prove that it's bad when they won't accept it in the mail) They also said I'd have to pay for shipping again. So for one battery I would pay twice the shippping (assuming it only took one replacement) I sent the pictures they'd requested and have not heard anything back since, despite reaching out multiple times. At the time of writing this it has been 5 days since I have heard back from them.I am happy to forward the emails to you, I'll just need an address to send it to.Any amount of quality assurance would have stopped them from sending a leaking battery through the mail to a customer.
