      This institution held my financial property without my consent. I attempted to use the *** machine located outside the ******, ** branch. The card reader was out of place/malfunctioned and my debit card fell into the machine. The card never made it into the actual *** card reader (never was prompted to enter a PIN or anything like that.) I walked into the branch to explain the situation to see that the same thing happened to the previous person who attempted to use the faulty machine. She was given her card back. The employees refused to give me my debit card back because I am not a member of their bank. (I had multiple forms of other state and government issued IDs in my possession that I offered to show them.) They stated that there was no manager on site, and 'called' the manager who was not there and insisted that their policy states that they cannot give me my card back. I asked to see a copy of said policy on numerous occasions and they could not provide it to me. The branch employees also gave me an incorrect phone number for their manager. This institution now is in possession of my debit card with access to my finances. I am very upset that I was misled and given the run around when I had proper identification/credentials to prove that the card belongs to me. This cannot be legal and I will be looking into my options further. Just a heads up stay away from this place very shady/dishonest/misleading.

      This credit union is Terrible. I financed a vehicle with them only after a year they went up on my payment stating I didn't have proof of insuranceon the vehicle. when I left the dealership with insurance and have never not had insurance on it. So I called customer service and forwarded all documents showing proof since day one, but they still stated I would have to pay until they were contacted by a third party who handles the insurance. Total b.s. company

      Over $300 in fees in two weeks. Zero help from the brach, zero help from the “customer service” line. Extremely rude to me over the phone, raised tone & improper grammar and would not let me speak. I do not see how this bank is in business. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any institution. They charged me 7 fees, when I had funds in my account to cover all of my purchases except for one. Their reason was because my total transactions were over my available funds, but instead of one fee, the charge me for all 7. I’m getting an attorney.

      I stumbled on this page when I was looking for the HQs mailing address and normally won't write a review but after reading these I-star reviews, I thought that I would add my 2 cents worth.
      I retired from IBM almost 30 years ago and have been a IBMSE CU/I THINK Financial member for a very LONG time and agree that service isn't what it use to be but I can honestly say, I'm not what I use to be either and EVERY company is not what they use to be.
      I was told that you use to be able to to Rich's Department store and return a suit that you bought 20 years ago because it's "too tight and they would take it back. You use to be able to return an item to Nordstrom and they would take it back even if they never carried the item. I am not trying to go back to "the good ole days", I am just stating the facts (reality). Businesses, including the CU, are in business to make a profit and yes, there are certain things that I am not crazy about like taking to a robot (machine) but as ***** ***** use say "The Times They Are a-Changing'" and I have had EXCELLENT service from the CU. Not as good as the it was "years ago" but not that bad that I am looking around for another bank.
