This was the best alcohol cert course I've had to take! The info was detailed and useful. I like that you included citations for scientific facts. That made me trust the content of the course is correct and up to date.Review from Edith W

****** program, ********* customer service I have ever been forced to experience after they stole my money despite having used a code that makes the program free. They wont refund my money. I want them out of business.

The customer in question opened a ticket on the 13th of January, indicating he had an enrollment key, and asked for a refund. The ticket was opened with our support staff at 2:23 PM, a refund was issued and a copy of the refund was sent to him for his records at 3:08 PM. At no time did we indicate we would not honor his request, but we did explain it can take up to two business days for a reversal to show. Our records show the reversal did settle to his account. We bend over backwards to accommodate our clients and find these comments to be upsetting, as we always strive to give great customer service. He is more than free to contact us at any time.
