      Business sends me letters trying to purchase my annuity and I have told them multiple times to stop. Now they are fedexing letters to past addresses I haven't lived at in ten plus years. Thankfully the current owners of one of my past addresses let me know what had happened. I called in to tell them this is becoming an issue and told that its only an issue to me not them. I told them to stop contacting me and before getting any confirmation or assurance I was hung up on. If they contact me again there will be legal ramifications

      This complaint concerns a promotional cash award for giving personal information about myself and the wrongful death lifetime annuity awarded to me in 2006 by an ******** court in which my wife was killed in an train wreck. Drb Capitol, through this promotion , is trying to purchase the remainder of my annuity. *******, the salesman I talked to on Tuesday, Wednesday and today was suppose to get a $100 check activated by today although the promotion explicitly stated get cash for new year. Call ************* to activate this $100 check @and cash today. No hastle. No obligation. Just one call to activate the check.I was told on Wednesday I had to wait till today and to text to make sure it was activated. I did this morning and after waiting this entire day . She finally got back with me and said it would not be activated today and to " have a happy new year and she would call me when processing told her it was done after new year. These annuity purchasing companies have sent these out before and I don't always respond although when I do , I have to contact my annuity owners and get updated reward letter and give them all of my personal information. Drb is giving me the run around and they need to take care of this or be held responsible for false advertising and poor business practice. Every time I take time out for this type of participation, it concerns me how much I'm contacted and brings up the fact I lost my soulmate when she was 30 years old and I was 36 .       DRB (using the name DRB ******* And Structured Payments) has been sending mail to this address repeatedly. They are using fictitious names of people who have never lived here as well. The continued harassment via questionable and suspicious "checks" being mailed to us is getting ridiculous. They need to stop.

      The company calls me from different phone numbers and send me mail weekly and I have asked them to put me on a do not contact/ solicit list. They are trying to get me to purchase something I do not want and feel harassed that they take measures to continue to contact me with different agents and phone numbers even when asked to stop. They use my previous last name ********************** Eddine, ******* and current last name ******. I am registered with the national do not call registry.

      Harassing mail and now I’m being harassed every time I call. I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me mail (solicitations to borrow money). Now when I call they call me names and degrade my mother. It has gotten very hostile in my end as well. My next step will be to contact an attorney if I can’t get this matter resolved.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  DRB capital reached out to me today but I have been in a meeting all day and missed their call. The message was that they will stop calling and sending mail. I understand that it can take up to 45 days. I don’t understand why this issue wasn’t resolved over a year ago and became a game I’m guessing for DRB. I can’t thank you enough and hope to not have any contact from them in any form for any reason.

      I've received countless promotional mailings from this company since 2014 despite requesting a cancellation several times over the past several years. I sent a cease-and-desist letter a few months ago and I have still received more mailings.

      Harassment. I don't have structured settlement. Haven't had one since I was 18. DRB leave me alone. I've asked multiple times no calls or mailings. I receive both. I don't wanna hear none of that we are sorry. Take me off your list. I am tired of being harassed. Leave me alone! This HAS to be illegal. I've spoken to DRB and the answering service that works for them. It is ridiculous how no one has privacy anymore. I have never had contact with this company. How do you get our information.

      I want DRB Capital to stop sending me mail that has checks that can be stolen and cashed along with any other mailing diatribe they have seen fit to send me. Also! how do they know if I have any annuities or not? Where do they get their information? Where is my right to privacy??? They might be triple a rated company financial company, but to me they are a triple rated nuisance. Regards MW

      This issue has been going on for multiple years the annuity company named DRB keeps constantly mailing checks and different advertising mail to my fathers home to begin with I don't have any annuity money I sold it 10 years ago and this company as well as a few others but this one in specific keeps mailing things to any one that has a similar name to mine they knew where my father lived before I ever knew and were mailing him REAL CHECKS because his name is ******* and mine is ******* as well as I'm pretty sure they're going off a data base to figure out my closest relatives but this had to end I don't have any money if these checks that they send out fall into the hand of a criminal who's profession is white collar crimes I could get in serious trouble just for having my name investigated I'm exhausted and just want them to please stop already I'm truly begging they're even sending things to old addresses of mine that aren't even leased by my anymore
