I was provided a quote for tile flooring and bathroom remodeling by *********************, a joint owner of TTG Handyman services EIN# **-3966094. ***** provided me a quote which I accepted and we signed separate contracts for each of the two bathrooms and the floor. I fully paid for the guest bathroom completion. It is mostly complete, with very uneven tiles and grout that is in need of attention due to being mostly thin-set. I received an estimate of $900 to repair as much as can be repaired without replacing tiles. The issue that has prompted me to file a complaint is that we signed a contract for the completion of my flooring for a total of $4250. I have paid a total of $2880 towards the completion of the floor. My receipts are signed by *********************. We had broken the flooring down into 3 sections with 3 payments. One section of the flooring is complete sans baseboards in a small area. Section 2 has most of the old flooring removed. Nothing has been done in section 3. Each section works out to being $1417. When ***** decided that he wanted to break the contract he asked how much he will owe me and I stated $700 would be fair. He confirmed and agreed to this via text. He stated he needed time to pay. I reached out to the business owner/girlfriend, *****************************************, to confirm that she would be reimbursing me as she does the bookkeeping. She did not respond. I did see that ***** continued to look for work via our local page and then blocked me to prevent me from seeing these postings. I had reached out to ****** via text to confirm the agreement made with ***** and she would not acknowledge that any money was due to me and advised that I have paid for services rendered. She followed that with telling me that I can proceed as I see fit. I do want reassurance from the business owner that I will be refunded the $700 due to me. If I do need to file a civil suit I will seek reimbursement for the repair to the bathroom as well as additional incurred costs to complete all wor
