In April of 2022 I made a purchase from *********************************** , the total price of the item I purchased (their V7 sleep device) plus the cost to ship was $848.00 total As of today's date (8/2/2023) I never received the item, and the company is giving me the run-around regarding a refund. They will not refund my purchase, saying "we will refund you once we resume shipping of our products", which, is the same excuse that they have given me since last year as to why I never received my purchase. I have an extensive email trail with the company and can provide proof if necessary. When I informed the company that I needed the product by a certain date, they told me that they were going to resume shipping in time, and that I did not have to request a refund through PayPal. Because of their deceit, I did not file complaints with my credit card or PayPal in time, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. In short, they will not provide the product I ordered nor will they begin to process my refund, despite providing them the information they requested in order to process the refund (a refund done via international wire transfer, even though I paid them through PayPal).What is interesting, is if you visit their pages various social media platforms, other customers have had the same problem with the company, never receiving their products, refunds, etc. Other customers complain of faulty products and no support.Here is their ******** page, which probably has the most documented complaints ***************************************** From their website, they list three different locations for their offices (scroll down to view)I have been in contact with a "Dom" from the company (may be short for *********), these are the two emails that I have communicated with ****************************************** ***************** Thank you
