      10/12/2022 - $5612.09 purchase of kitchen cabinets at kitchencabinetkings.com 10/28/2022 - appointment scheduled for delivery - no call/no show 11/3/2022 - cabinets arrive Started opening cabinets only to find them severely damaged. Every single surface has damage, and some were even attempted to be touched up with unmatched paint. Unpackaged food left in cabinet. Unusable, and not repairable.Contacted kitchen cabinet kings to be told they are contacting the manufacturer. They have a very strict no refund policy (because their products are awful).Told they were waiting for the manufacturer to hopefully issue a partial refund. Not acceptable!After realize how poor the quality was, I went ahead and did some research to find out that even though they ADVERTISE these cabinets as KCMA certified, they are not. This is a false advertising claim for a poorly made product. This is an illegal way to sell products and they refuse to help.Their reputation speaks for itself with multiple people in the same position as me. Please step in. Look at these images and imagine receiving these after spending $5600. Imagine buying something thats certified, and thinking youre getting a quality product, only to get these poor excuse of a cabinet and be told theres nothing they can do.

      I ordered $3,500 worth of Wolf cabinets sold by Kitchen Cabinet Kings 1/26/22. Received the cabinets 2 months later and thought they were great so I ordered $7,000 worth cabinets to finish my kitchen. They offer free shipping on orders over $3,500. 3 weeks after ordering I got an email saying they are refunding my money because they are out of stock. They are not out of stock and continue selling Wolf classic white cabinets everyday You can go online to there website and purchase right now. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is telling me they are out of stock because they dont want to pay extra shipping costs to send the cabinets to *********. But that is what they advertise and still do. I did business with them and had no problem the first time. Now they refuse to ship and now I will be stuck with mismatched cabinets. All cabinet manufacturers have extended lead times and was not an issue. They totally screwed me and left me with no options
