If you’re ever thinking of using this company.. just give them a call and press 3 to speak to Louisa in customer service. She will definitely put you off from buying. Who wants to buy from a company with a customer service rep like that? I have not and will NEVER do business with this company because of Louisa and I will tell ever last soul about the experiences I have had.

I ordered a bathroom vanity from this company. When it arrived, the front piece of the vanity included the doors and one of the three drawer fronts. This piece was broken. I inquired about replacing it, and the Community Service Director informed me that she requested a replacement and it would ship within a day or so. I then asked if I have to send back the broken one or if I can throw it away. She responded "No need to return you can toss it." When the replacement arrived, it did not have any of the doors or the drawer front that were included on the original one that arrived. I emailed informing them of this, and the Community Service Director called me, instantly starting yelling at me, lied saying that she told me to remove the doors and drawer fronts. She NEVER informed me that I was supposed to remove them. She never gave me any direction about what to do except for very vaguely answering the questions I asked. After yelling at me on the phone, she said she would reach out to the manufacturer. A few days later she told me I will have to pay $548 which is almost the price that I paid for the vanity itself. This issue was not caused by me, as a customer service provider she should not be assuming that all customers are experienced in home remodeling and would read her mind that the doors are supposed to be removed. As a 25 year old first time home owner, my experience with any other companies is that they replace the piece as it came, which included the doors and drawer front on it. It was her responsibility to inform me that I needed to remove these, which she failed to do. This issue was caused by her poor communication to me as the customer, and made much worse by yelling at me over the phone.
