I've worked with Real Genius on 3 mortgages now and they always deliver. They are competitive and will go above and beyond to give you the best rates and with no delays on closings. ***************** made himself available to communicate with me throughout the process and via text or after business hours if I needed him. Their portal makes it easy to securely share documents and move through the process quickly. I will absolutely use them for future home purchases! The Real Genius Team composed of Woody Haskins (Sr. Mortgage Banker), Julie Beaty (Purchase Coordinator), Sarah Jones (Loan Processor), was professional and responsive from our initial conversation to our closing. They answered all our questions in a timely fashion and were quick to let us know of any roadblocks in our process. The rates they advertise are transparent and do not require any upfront information. Their 90 day lock in particular saved us a lot of $. You can't beat Real Geniuses rates and customer service. I especially want to thank Woody Haskins and Sarah Jones as they walked us through the whole process. They are extremely experienced and will answer any question you will have. Dean Christopoul and his team at Real Genius Mortgage were really helpful throughout the loan process. Dean was very responsive to all emails, messages or phone calls and in clarifying all the questions that I had. Nate was made the process look simple. The final approval step took longer than others because of closer and title company conversations and it's normal I guess. I recommend Dean from Real Genius for your next mortgage, you can get best rate as I did compare with better.com, rocket mortgage, New American funding and couple of local banks.Review from Robert F

Of all the parties involved in a real estate transaction, Real Genius in this case was easily the best. Highly responsive and communicative, on top of paperwork, and great rates. When other parties in the transaction are not up to par, it becomes pretty critical that the ones with the most complicated aspect of it be at the top of their game, and fortunately, Real Genius was there to save the day. From the Real Genius Team handling my case, props to Sarah Jones (Loan Processor), Amy Gravlee (Closer), and Clint Crebbin (Sr. Mortgage Banker). With multiple people on their end, none dropped the ball, all coordinated perfectly. The result was that I was able to close on time in 30 days.Review from Holly S

The Real Genius team was responsive and professional from initial contact to the end of the closing process. Whenever I had questions, either my Mortgage Banker (Elyse) or Loan Processor (Mandy) was quick to address and ease any concerns. I'd never heard of Real Genius before but being a Costco member, I was 1st impressed with their rates so I thought I'd give them a try but ultimately their client service was the most impressive. I'd highly recommend Real Genius - specifically Elyse L. and Mandy C.. Thank you for making my refinance easy and quick!Review from George W

We just completed a home purchase with Rea Genius. Our lead mortgage banker Charles Petruzzi was a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and advised us throughout the process, working across the bank to make sure everything came together at the right time. This by far was the fastest and smoothest real estate transaction I have ever had. I would totally recommend working with Elyse Long and her staff. Extremely professional and their communication was very quick. Made the whole process stress free
